"... for we cannot but speak of what we have seen and heard."
- Acts 4:20 ESV
Students are living out this verse everyday whether they realize it or not. Students are not just growing up with the internet, they are growing up in the internet. They are constantly on their phones, computers, and tablets chatting, tweeting, snapping, and posting all kinds of things they have seen and heard everyday. We desire for students to engage their family, friends, culture, and the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We want students to know Christ in a radical and real way that impacts their posts about what they have seen and heard. We want them to see and hear Christ, and share it with the everyone they know.
Village Student Ministry exists to equip students from 6th grade to 12th grade to become leaders that will lead other students to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Keep scrolling to see how we equip the NEXT GENERATION.
Students desire to follow Christ and live lives that make a difference, but many are unsure of what that means. This study will help them understand the basics of living the Christian life; that faith is active; and discover the great love of God demonstrated through Christ.
Classes meet on Sunday at 9:45 AM on the 2nd floor of the Middle School Wing.
The Village Student Choir/Band seeks to lead students to passionately and purposefully deliver the gospel through music, so that others may see the transformation in their lives. It also allows youth the opportunity to use their musical skills for the Lord on an ongoing basis.
This group of students, grades 6-12, rehearse on Sunday at 5:00 PM in the choir room upstairs.
Generation Z; the next generation; needs to know WHY Christianity is true. Living Out Acts (LOA) doesn't teach students. LOA TRAINS students to stand firm in their faith while engaging their high school and college campuses with the Gospel.
High School & College LOA students meet on Monday at 7:00 PM in The Conference Room (located at the top of the right hand staircase in the Connection/Welcome Center through the doors on the left)
Join us for Youth Worship. Small group discussions, a live worship band, games, and a relevant message from God’s Word. Show up early and shoot some hoops or just hang out.
Youth Worship & Discipleship meets on Sundays at 6:00 PM in the Connection Cafe.
For students participating in off campus ministry, training, and other activities, a medical release form is required.
